Service Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

  • Pre-bookings are required 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability and confirmation of booking to avoid disappointment.
  • All bookings are only confirmed once pre-payment is received.

OUT’n’BACK Pub Crawls

  • Pre-bookings of at least 5-7 days in advance to ensure availability and confirmation of booking to avoid disappointment.
  • All bookings are only confirmed once pre-payment is received, 15% non-refundable deposit required 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • Full payment must be paid before departure on the day of the OUT’n’BACK Pub Crawl.
  • There will be a $200 deposit fully refundable at the end of the day, this is just in case someone has a ‘moment’ and the vehicles require a professional clean or there is some damage etc.

Prepaid half and full day bookings

Pre-booked fee starts at $110 per hour (minimum three hours). If vehicle is pre-booked for a certain number of hours and not fully utilised, the full number of pre-booked hours will be charged.

Rates:

  • All prices quoted are GST inclusive.
  • All prices quoted are direct prices only and subject to change.

Extras:

  • Any deviations are at extra cost and will be pre-quoted as and when requested.
  • All vehicles waiting time is charged at $100 per hour (or part thereof in 15 minute intervals).

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

  • Cancellation greater than 24 hours before pick up/ departure/arrival – full refund applies.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before pick up/departure/arrival – no refund applies.

Payment Options:

  • All major Credit Cards, EFTPOS and Cab Charge accepted.
  • Invoicing is available for all client requirements.

Invoicing (Corporate clients only):

Transfers

Invoices will be issued for each transfer (or weekly for single vehicle transfers) and must be paid within 7 business days.

OUT’n’BACK Pub Crawls

Invoices will be issued per booking and payment is within 7 business days.
